Callers are told it’s AI
Every call opens with a fixed message: the business name, that it’s an automated assistant, that the call is recorded and why, how to hang up, and where the privacy policy is.
Trust & data
What callers are told, what we keep, for how long, and every company that touches call data on our behalf.
Every call opens with a fixed message: the business name, that it’s an automated assistant, that the call is recorded and why, how to hang up, and where the privacy policy is.
Recordings and transcripts are deleted after 30 days. Reports keep working from anonymised daily counts.
Every client’s call records are separated from every other client’s at the database level.
Your phone number and CRM are set up in your own accounts. If you leave, they stay with you.
For client calls we act as a processor on your instructions, under a written agreement, on every plan.
Requests to see or delete personal data are handled through a tested process.
Whether your agent may take an action is decided by your written policy, in plain code, never by the AI.
Our agents never take card details over the phone.

Before go-live
At onboarding we record where your business is based, where your agent works and where your callers ring from, and check the recording-consent and AI-disclosure rules before your agent takes a call.
We build to the rules and give you the evidence. Your own legal advice decides your obligations.
