HOW IT WORKS

Managed from first conversation to continuous improvement.

Four stages, all of them our work. The only part that needs much of your time is the first one.

  1. Stage 01

    Understand

We learn how calls actually behave in your business.

    • Listen to how enquiries arrive today and what happens to them
    • Map the journeys worth automating and the ones that should stay human
    • Capture your policies: service area, pricing, urgency, opening hours
    • Agree the escalation boundary in writing before anything is built
  2. Stage 02

    Build

The agent is configured around your business, not a template.

    • Voice, tone and terminology matched to how your team speaks
    • Approved knowledge loaded; everything else is declined and routed
    • Actions defined explicitly — what the agent may do, and its limits
    • Integration work scoped against your actual systems and API access
  3. Stage 03

    Test

Failure paths are tested before a customer finds them.

    • Critical journeys run end to end on real telephone routes
    • Adversarial cases: interruptions, noise, changed intent, injection attempts
    • Integration failures deliberately triggered to prove the fallback works
    • Findings ranked by severity, with a retest before launch
  4. Stage 04

    Manage

It stays our job after go-live.

    • Outcomes monitored, failures reviewed and fixes applied
    • Regression tests re-run after changes to prompts, models or integrations
    • Reporting on what completed, what escalated and what failed
    • Changes to journeys and policies made by us, on your instruction

TIMELINES

Why we will not promise 'live in 48 hours'.

A simple agent answering FAQs on a single number genuinely can go live quickly. An agent that writes into a practice-management system, applies urgency rules and routes emergencies to an on-call engineer cannot, because the integration and the testing are the job.

We would rather give you a date we can hold to after scoping than a headline number that quietly excludes everything that makes the agent useful.
