If analytics is enabled on this site, it is loaded only after you accept it, and it is used to understand which pages are useful. If you choose essential only, no analytics script is loaded at all — not loaded and then ignored.

Call recordings are a separate matter

Cookies are about this website. Whether a telephone call to one of our customers is recorded, and what a caller is told about it, is configured per deployment and is covered in our privacy notice rather than here.
