AI Voice Labs

Where we try things that don’t exist yet.

Labs is our research side. Some of these ideas will become products and some won’t. None of them are for sale yet.

Research projects

Researching

A flight simulator for hard calls.

The AI plays the customer so people can practise difficult calls: trainee receptionists, junior tradespeople, sales teams, and anyone preparing for an interview. Other tools simulate the script. We want to simulate the conditions too.

Scenario ideas: a 2 a.m. plumbing emergency, a quote haggler, a no-show that wants to rebook.

Researching

Voice to invoice.

Finish the job, say what you did, and get an invoice. Built for tradespeople who’d rather talk than type in a van.

Researching

The callback that comes back with the answer.

Instead of taking a message, the agent goes away, finds the answer, and rings the caller back.

Researching

A rehearsal line.

Ring a number to practise a hard conversation, like asking for a raise, with feedback on what landed.

Researching

A witness line.

Route your calls to big companies through a number that records them, notes the promises made, and tells you when a promised date passes.
