These terms cover the website only

They govern your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we supply the managed service or a Voice QA audit — those are set out in a separate written agreement, and nothing on this website forms a contract or an offer capable of acceptance.

Information on this site

We take care to keep this site accurate, but it is published for general information. Pricing shown is indicative and is confirmed in writing before any agreement. Product availability is labelled throughout — where something is marked as a private beta, coming soon or platform direction, it is not available to buy today.

Interfaces shown on this site that are labelled illustrative, sample, example or preview are exactly that. They do not represent a live customer account, and no figures in them are drawn from real customer data.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, clinical or financial advice. Guidance about data protection, consent or compliance is general information about how the service can be configured, and does not replace your own legal review of your own deployment.

Demonstrations and testing

Where a demonstration facility is offered, it is provided for evaluation. Demonstration calls may be recorded, and you must not submit another person's personal data to it without their knowledge.

Voice QA testing is only carried out against an agent, telephone number or endpoint that you own or are authorised to have tested. You must confirm that authorisation in writing, and you remain responsible for it being accurate.

Acceptable use

• Do not use this site or any facility on it unlawfully, or to interfere with its operation or security.
• Do not attempt to place calls through any facility on this site other than as it is intended to be used.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to submit.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not republish it as your own.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website. Liability in relation to services we supply is dealt with in the agreement under which we supply them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
