INTEGRATIONS & AUTOMATIONS

The call is only valuable when the work gets completed.

A transcript in an inbox is not an outcome. The agent writes to the calendar, the CRM and the job system, and tells you honestly when it could not.

These are common integration options, not a list of live connectors or official partnerships. Feasibility depends on your specific system, plan and API access, and we confirm what is possible during scoping rather than promising it upfront.

Discuss an integration

We are not claiming a partnership with any of these

Listing a product above means we have been asked to connect to it, not that a certified connector exists or that the vendor endorses us. Whether an integration is feasible for you depends on your specific system, your plan and your API access — so we verify it during scoping and tell you before you commit, rather than discovering it afterwards.

HOW WE HANDLE FAILURE

What happens when the other system says no.

Integrations fail. The question that matters is what the agent does in the ninety seconds afterwards.

  • Confirm before the confirmation

The agent only tells a caller something is booked once the write has actually succeeded. If the calendar is unavailable, the caller is told the truth and offered a callback.

  • Retry, then queue, then escalate

A transient failure is retried. A persistent one is queued and your team is notified, so the enquiry is not silently lost between two systems.

  • Fall back to the workflow you already have

Where a direct write is not possible, the agent captures a structured request and delivers it into the process your team already runs — an email, a task, a message, a form.

  • Failure paths are tested, not assumed

We deliberately break each integration during Voice QA to prove the fallback behaves the way we said it would.
